• Odyssey General Partner’s are also available as independent consults/providers of services for others: Real Estate Asset Development / Architecture / Construction Management.

• Odyssey General Partner’s services include real estate, architecture, and construction asset finance evaluation, feasibility analysis, project implementation and planning for all phases of real estate asset development, architectural services and construction management activities.(residential single and multi faimily, hotels, shopping centers, commercial, hospitality, resort)
  

• Goal: Develop, identify and implement cash flowing real estate ventures for Odyssey General Partners and/or others (residential, commercial, industrial; new, partially completed, or completed).

• Experienced Financial/Project implementation/Architectural/ Construction Management consultation and oversight services provided directly by Odyssey LLC founding Partners.
